Exposure prevention, sharps safety, vaccination and post-exposure response.
TB & Respiratory Infection Prevention
Respiratory precautions, TB awareness and respiratory-protection responsibilities.
Hazard Communication, SDS & PPE
Chemical hazards, Safety Data Sheets and appropriate personal protective equipment.
Workplace Violence Prevention & De-escalation
Risk awareness, de-escalation, personal safety and reporting.
Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation & Mandatory Reporting
Recognition, immediate safety and Massachusetts reporting responsibilities.
Dementia & Cognitive Impairment Care
Person-centered communication, behavior, safety and acute-change reporting.

Training is documented, not just viewed.
Assigned courses may include a knowledge test, acknowledgment, passing score and remediation/retest when needed. Dignity retains completion evidence in the employee training/credentialing record.
General training does not replace site competency.
Client-facility orientation, hands-on lift/equipment competency, specialty skills, professional licenses, CPR/BLS, respirator medical clearance and fit testing remain separate when required.
